What is Murder Mystery 2?
Murder Mystery 2 is essentially a casual "sheriff vs murderer" game that has gotten ridiculously popular because of how Roblox decided to promote the game.
There are three main roles in the game:
"Innocent", where your goal is to constantly run around and hide without being killed. Innocents also assist with uncovering the "murderer".
"Murderer", where your goal is to kill everyone using (throwable) knives.
"Sherrif", where your goal is to kill the murderer using a one-shot revolver.
Innocents are also able to pick up a gun the sherrif drops when the sherrif is killed by the murderer.

Movement
Use WASD and spacebar to move around.
Sprinting
There is no sprinting.
Shooting
Left click to shoot. Reloading is automatic.
Knife usage
Left click to use your knife and right click to throw.
Mobile controls are different, but they are also self-explanatory.
Why is the game so money hungry?
Because the owner found out that it was stupidly easy to get young kids to buy outrageously expensive skins.
